ISIS is retained as Project Manager to co ordinate the planning process for the development of a 20 acre site at Swan Valley for a new mixed use scheme, comprising elements of residential, hotel, retail leisure and offices. The complex scheme is an important gateway development in Northampton. As such we must navigate the sensitivities of various parties to achieve a quality sustainable development that is also commercially viable.

Development advice
ISIS is retained to promote development on three development plots at Swan Valley with detailed planning consent. The sites will be developed for occupiers on a pre let or pre sold basis.
Masterplan advice
ISIS is retained to advise on the master planning of an 8 acre site at Swan Valley with outline planning consent for B1 offices. A new office village is proposed, including the refurbishment of an existing Farm House for a new serviced office centre.
Letting and sale strategic advice
Aviva Investors have retained ISIS to project manage the promotion and sale or letting of the Big Swan, a 303,300 sq ft new distribution facility.
